Melodic metal master's Domain release their new CD called Last Days of Utopia . As I listen to the new release, I hear rip shredding guitar work by Axel Ritt which blends with Erdmann Lange on keyboards to make heavenly sounds. Almost twenty years ago the band released their first recording. They seem to get better with age (like a fine wine). Longevity like this, they must be doing something right. Track-five “Ocean Paradise” is a standout song. The song reminds me of a stylish Bon Jovi tune. There's tons of great songs on Last Days of Utopia.  Track-six is a slow song but the blend of all the musicians makes it a killer track. Vocalist Carsten Schulz has a soothing voice that is outstanding. If you have the cash get this new release from Domain you will not be disappointed. You get everything all in one package; Power metal, AOR music, and ballads. It's just a fantastic CD.
