This is a good one; formerly known as ADRIANGALE the band CRUNCH has risen from the ashes of past memories and has evolved into a highly talented star bound band named after it’s third release.

These boys debut at our second RockEyez festival and haven’t stopped electrifying the airwaves since. After our show,CRUNCH took wings and jetted to the UK where they knocked the Brits back a few rows with their hard edge melodic rock style. During the Firefest CRUNCH, released a special 3 song EP that included the title track “Starting Over”, “The Good Stuff” and “Miss Me”. As of now, the three tracks are only available through iTunes and other download outlets unless you were one of the lucky ones that attended the Firefest show in the UK where they had a limited edition disc available. But fear not CRUNCH will release a disc in 2008 as I am told. .

Checking the title track “Starting Over” with dual guitars of Eddie Campbell and Vic Rivera makes an immediate impact. One thing for sure this is not a one man band at all, the presence of Jamie Rowe vocals caressing each lyric, the big midsection of Doug Odell thundering bass line and time keeper Jose Cruz round out CRUNCH. The most impressive thing for me was not only the musicianship but also the killer harmonies.
