Mama told me ‘make-up on boys will lead to problems,’
LEADED FUEL another Swedish prodigy is making waves in the ridge
of metal and a bit of punk, mixing vibes of glam and punk could be an achievement but the vibrant guitar work of John Priest makes a presence. Vocalist Liz Lascivious has a tinge of Johnny Rotten and glamsters of yesteryear bringing a unique style to the stage.
The first track “Leaded Fuel” is fast and to the point that screams excitement, but lacking hardedge harmonies. The songs are tight, the guitar work is pure sleaze, and that is what will bring attention to LEADED FUEL. Right now, they are not in the league of CRASHDÏET, BABYLON BOMBS OR CRAZY LIXX but with some minor adjustments, I see a bright future.
Track two “Southern Bell” picks it up a bit with a little added harmonies and the thriving guitar work is still pumping. The ending track is basically a combination of track one and two. It was really hard to decipher the difference between all three tunes. Since this is their demo the band still has time to make the adjustments and try and charge it up.
