As we await the release of the newest VALIANCE CD, those Italian rockers are banging their heads as to what path the band will conquer next. In the mean time, they dropped off their 2005 release “ Feed My Rage.”

Carmine Gottardo’s vocals are memorable, slicing the inner core of heavy and power metal genres and the heartbeat of dual guitars are wreaking havoc while echoes of keyboards ring in the background in the title track “Feed My Rage.”

These boys have been around for a decade and show their professionalism with each tune, but still have yet to make their mark. Showing no signs of halting, VALIANCE marches on and strives for world domination with their next release.

“One And Thousand” turns the corner of progressive rock with aggressive power metal tones. The CD is very good but the vocals should have been brought up while being engineered and mixed. The music over shadows the emotion that is set free by Gottardo’s great powerful vocals and his sound gets lost in the mix.

Band Lineup:
  • Carmine Gottardo – Vocals
  • Marco De Angelis - Guitar
  • Amedeo De Angelis - Guitar
  • Dario Nuzzolo - Bass
  • Alex Romano - Drums
