Athens Greece brings an array of music and DANGER ANGEL are one of the highlights bringing a style of melodic rock and slicing power metal to a standing crowd.
The open track of their new release in 2013 “Revolutia” starts with short instrumental as sounds of gunfire and bombs going off as the overthrow has begun and blends with track two “One Hit In The Night”. Minas Tsigos’s vocals show true class as he is smooth at times but knows when to raise the bar when necessary. Ethan Snow’s guitar work is tantalizing with some swift guitar licks that pulsate. This is a great track to start things off with.

“When I'm Gone” is a song in which I loved the harmonies and background vocals and it really excites on this semi-ballad. For me being a fan of DANGER ANGEL I can say these guys explode with a side of melodic rock that will draw fans to a new entity.

The keyboards of AHAS take over “Not An Angel”. The song is more of a power metal track with hints of HELLOWEEN. Good song to show DANGEL ANGEL has diversity in their music while still holding the core sound of the band. “Falling” is the type of song that brings bands stardom; it’s a power ballad that really shines. This is the kind a stuff that makes your heart melt, as it is an explosive track with a nice touch of guitar work and keys. M.T.’s vocals are outstanding and he actually at times sounds like a more melodic Bruce Dickinson of IRON MAIDEN.

“Dead By Christmas” brings the levels up a notch, as it’s a fast-paced song that shows the range of M.T. vocally. DANGER ANGEL is a “full package” band that will give you a variety of sounds and that adds to the depth of the band. Even the screaming guitar work by Ethan Snow hooks up with key master AHAS and shows a productive sound. “King Of Thieves” highlights drummer Tony V and bass killer Rudy Rallis. This is an excellent song that runs the gambit of genres going from Viking metal to sounds unknown. You really can’t pinpoint the chameleon sounds of DANGER ANGEL.

My Last Day On Earth” is just a perfect tune with great lyrics killer vocals and amazing harmonies. I am really impressed with these guys and guess what “Mr. Perfection” world renowned vocalist Jeff Scott Soto produced the disc! There’s the key element perhaps!

What did you say DANGER ANGEL can’t rock? Well check out “Don't Die Young”. Ethan Snow shows ‘em how to play some licks here, you too AHAS - give ‘em some tasty keys. I loved this track.

The bonus track “Rock My Soul” ends the disc in fine fashion. A true anthem that will have music fans naming DANGER ANGEL’s “Revolutia” a hit!
