Way back in 2004 DANGER dropped us their EP called “Keep It Out” that received 4 stars on our site and I was looking for the band to reach great heights, but since then I haven’t heard a word from them. But these boys been working hard and gained a solid fan base. Some personnel changes from those days and now they're back and better than ever.
Their new 2008 release called “First Touch” and that front cover tantalizing my inner thighs is busting with some great tunes. The CD is chock full of POISON, PRETTY BOY FLOYD style tunes. The opening tune "First Touch" has some great riffs, cool harmonies and smokes. You can here influence of early KISS yet holding the torch of the modern day sleaze rockers. “Miss Money” keeps the flow and fun times rolling with high energy, these guys are about giving the fans what has been missing from the music scene is years fun times and rocking out.
“Hey You” is one of the highlight tunes, great catchy guitar chords, good vocals and a song to sing along to. “California Red” stays with the classic rock coming right out the vintage eighties. These boys have it going on; check out “Shove It”
kind of a speed dial “MÖTLEY CRÜE”. DANGER has no disregard for lyrics as you will hear in “SHOVE IT”, Talking about stupid trailer trash you don’t mean shit to me. You boys tell it how it is don’t ya.
The last track “On The Run” is a bonus track and my favorite track. The vocals are a bit smoother, but drive hard-core sleaze fans crazy. The song is different then the rest of the CD, it is more melodic then the other tracks that are fast paced. But “On The Run” has element of CRASHDÏET.
