Wow!!!!!!!!

Ingenious or Infuriating... all depends on what you are into. God Fear None is an aggressive, intense metal band from Greece and they have launched their debut album entitled, "Envy.” As I placed this into my CD player, I came in for a surprise.

First, I really don't have a favorite song in this album since all the tracks are awesome. Second, I’m surprised that I did not hear about this band sooner. And third, this band has roots and influences from bands like Soilwork, Nevermore, Kill Switch Engage, Shadows Fall, old In Flames and even some Dope in couple of their songs, especially in the song “Hours.” The beats and thrashing of this album isn’t your typical aggressive metal music, it leans towards a melodic sound. Also, the voice of Chronis is brutal and works well with Domenik’s clean vocals.

And, this album continues to make me headbang… that’s how fuckin’ great this band is.
