We just got two new tracks from the upcoming Lylah CD and it looks like this release will really put the arrow through the heart of Goth rockers around the world. Lylah’s first release “New Religion” broke ground for the band back in 2004; opening doors for a new venture… wait until you hear how the band has grown with “Manson Marries the Cure.”
“New God” is an overpowering tune with a ton of energy, and it’s certain to benefit the band in their strive for the gold with melodic flowing guitar work by Norman Matthew, and screeching vocals that, while you would think would blow your eardrums,
really, enhance the song.
“Generation X (Living Dead)” is reminiscent of a modern-day Sex Pistols meets Billy Idol. I think Lylah has rounded the corner and is heading for home, and I can’t wait to hear the full-length release.
