Alternative music has come a long way and Last Winter is hanging on to the coattails of the music that could be here for a while. The band not only hits you with alternative music but they have a vibe of a musical style during its morphing into a more developed style. “Chasing Light” lets the fans know Last Winter could be a band that has a chance to be a top record entity.

What’s nice about this demo is that Last Winter gives you a diversity; the option of hearing their take on different styles of music. “Standing Here” is a sensitive, melodic song that mellows the hardest of hearts almost in the vein of a ballad by My Chemical Romance. I liked the two songs by Last Winter and would like to hear more.
