I love these boys from Sweden, not getting pigeon holed in the whole bringing back the Eighties scene in Europe, MARIONETTE lashes out with their over indulgences of aggressive rock, yet still holding the traditional flame of metal.

Harsh raw vocals kicking metal to the curb giving way to sounds of UNEARTH with a bit heavier keyboards MARIONETTE have a trademark sound that should follow them till the end of mankind.

"Flies" and the musical blend of two guitars are getting to be common ground but MARIONETTE is bringing a new vibe and elevation to the stage. "Black Hand" is off the hook with power that is set forth by the altar of metal. Pure pleasure as the keyboards ring and the bell tolls as the legions will flock to the feet of MARIONETTE. "The Flood" might be the heaviest of the four songs mixing Black Metal with Hardcore metal.

"Prey" hits the homerun ball. I am not a big fan of the harsh raw vocals but when it blends well with extreme metal, it's chilling and you will take notice as you listen to MARIONETTE.
