Let me start first and foremost by thanking Brian & Stephanie Rademacher for keeping this whole “ROCKEYEZ” ball rolling for so long. You guys are the best and I love you with all my heart. Here’s to another TEN YEARS!

God, so many people to thank- so here we go in no particular order; Mark Balogh (my friend and fellow staffer for over 20 years! Thanks always for your friendship and all our rock’n’roll memories), Eric Ragno (for always proving to be more than just a fair-weather friend), Joe Vana (for your true friendship, warmth and hospitality), Dustin Hardman, Chip Ruggieri at CHIPSTER, John Lappen, Amanda Cagan, Jonathan Wolfson, our dear friend Ted Poley for all the years of support and friendship, all the guys in TRIXTER who have always treated US like rock stars!, Joe Lynn Turner, Nat Janoff, Maz Mazza, the Melodic Mafia, all the staff and our friends at DINGBATZ, Gary Schutt, Jeff Pilson, Mike Tramp, Ray West, Veronica Freeman, everyone over at MEXICALI’s, George Becker, Marco Ferreira, and all my friends and family for all their love and support over the years including Cherie Skowronski Battleson (my biggest fan!), Jim and Lisa and all the Sibrel family, Albert Wenzel, Jim & Estrella Udis, Judy Sanocki, Bill McDonald, Dean Udis, Ronald Weeks, Carlos & Molly Rodrigues, Dave and Terri and the entire Dillon family, David Fernandez, Rachael DeSouza and, of course, Mom & Dad.

Of course… an EXTREMELY special thank you has to go out to Andrew McNeice. You’ve always gone out of your way to help and support our site ever since we started and we cannot thank you enough for that. In addition, you’ve always made myself and all of us at ROCKEYEZ a priority at ALL the MelodicRock Fests and we are truly, truly going to miss them and hope someday you are able to bring these amazing acts to us here in the United States again. Until then… we will always support you in any way we can… thank you for simply, EVERYTHING!

Next I just have to say, ya know… we get a lot of heat from people all the time saying “How can we waste our time when we aren’t even getting paid for what we do?” and our answer has always been simple… for the love of the music and the bands behind it! Sounds good, doesn’t it? Well truth be told, it can be pressing and demanding sometimes on our personal lives and sometimes we even lose track of what drives us to keep doing what we do. We always like to say to ourselves that if we can influence just one person out there to get behind and support the music WE love, than it’s all worth it… but we never really know now do we? Well, something special happened in Chicago when we met a young lady named Michelle Baumann. We met her at a SONIC with GRAND DESIGN purely by chance and when we told her that these guys were actually in a band, she didn’t just blow smoke up our ass and say that she was coming to the show… SHE ACTUALLY CAME! And not ONLY that, she came both nights and since then has become a HUGE fan of these bands and the music. It’s very rare that you actually get to see someone transformed into a fan like that but thanks to you, Michelle… we did. And it’s people like YOU and ALL the great fans and friends we met in Chicago as well as ALL of our readers around the world that keep us going… THANK YOU ALL and THANK YOU Michelle for listening and supporting the music.

And finally, just one last HUGE thank you to my soul-mate, my love and my life Judy. I can never thank you enough for all the things you do and the support you give me. Thank you for everything… I love you! (And also, thank you for not KILLING ME when you found out I stole the car for the road trip!) LOL!
