It’s about time a record label grew some balls and signed CELLOUT. This band was the most explosive unsigned band I’ve heard and Nuerra Records has gobbled them up and will now spit out their new release “Superstar Prototype” shortly.

The disc opens with pure adrenalin on “Dark Days” and you have to admit the rush of power that a CELLOUT display is extreme. You get a mix of LINKIN PARK with a taste of DISTURBED with a dash of KORN. The bass lines by Andres are pummeling and the exciting vocals by Percy are amazing. The CD is raw and if you like the harder edge of metal and the expression of alternative sounds this release will be special to you.

“All My Demons Inside” is an amazing tune. It’s fast and hard yet holding the torch for rock with some great lyrics. One of my favorite elements that CELLOUT possess is these guys are heavy but with smooth vocals and catchy hooks it makes CELLOUT an outstanding band.

You wanna check out a killer melodic ballad then listen to “Flooded”. It is truly phenomenal. Sit back close your eyes and dream. Loved the uplifting feeling I got listening to this track.

Don’t dream to long because all hell breaks loose on “Set Things Straight” as heavy duty double bass drums by Martin Karlsson kick in. The vibes of alternative metal comes across loud and clear with “Blow”. It holds the key with melodic vocals but the aggressive music brings the track to a high point. You know many bands hit with growling and clean vocals but this track is almost like KORN with clean vibrant vocals and I enjoy every minute.

“Breathe” is one of my favorite tracks and as I was talking with the band it’s the little things that makes a song standout. CELLOUT add these special little tinkering snippets to each song almost like putting you in a hypnotic state of mind. Are CELLOUT fucking with my head? I wonder if this will work on chicks?? I need a class in CELLOUT 101!!!!!

“Fake” almost lands on the industrial side of metal and WOW these guys can do it all. You can feel the influences of DISTURBED meets KORN one this track for sure.

“In My Arm” has to be the highlight track for me. What a song! The guitar work between Robert Monegrim and Percy is on fire. The last track “The Tragedy In You” is an ending to a great release by CELLOUT. This band is heavy and hard but has that special writing ability to make songs that will leave a lasting impression in your mind. The musicianship is outstanding and Percy’s vocals is akin to a DEMIGOD! Ha, Now I get to screw with CELLOUT. They’ll have to go to Wikipedia to find out what DEMIGOD means….
