You know every once in a while, an independent label gets lucky and signs a band that ends up being explosive, in case Perris recent signing of the suave band DYNAZTY. Yeah, you know some of the members have been in other high profile bands, but the mixture that makes up DYNAZTY will come as a jolt to the system.

For instance, to go through an ad on MySpace and find a lip luscious vocalist like Nils Molin with the balls to make Sebastian Bach a past memory, and there is no sense mentioning guitar killer Rob Love formerly of ZAN CLAN and his work with RANDY PIPER’s ANIMAL.

These boys just released their debut “Bring The Thunder” and it knocked me back against the ropes. I know for a fact the master sound quality is due to the production of Chris Laney and being close friends with the band only gives Laney even more incentive to bring his expertise to the table.

My particular excitement about DYNAZTY is the great harmonies and choruses. You might not know the name Nils Molin but I insure you by the end of the year Mr. Molin will grace many magazine covers as did Bach back in the day.

The band has the chops and the looks to win over a down turning music scene and revitalizing a new era. Bands like DEF LEPPARD, EUROPE, WHITESNAKE and SKID ROW were huge in there era and it’s just a matter of time before these boys get noticed.

I am only pushing these guys because I believe in these guys and I feel with a little push they can make a difference in the music scene. Bring The Thunder has a tasty flair of GUNS 'N’ ROSES yet a raw sound of SKID ROW’s “Youth Gone Wild”. Check out the opening track “Bring The Thunder” and the powerful vocals of Molin with mild lyrics, yet can bring the house down with his screams. The choruses and the harmonies I am sure due to help of Laney’s expert mastery producer.

You gotta hear “Lights Out” and tell me GUNS N ROSES didn’t have any influence on DYNAZTY, I feel anthem!!! This song is gonna kick your ass…

After a ripping song, DYNAZTY will make you shed a tear as with this true classic melodic ballad “Far Away”, unbelievable, you gotta check the pipes on Molin and the musical professionalism of the band. Just chilling!!! Come on get those lighters up.

Come on give it up for Rob Love & John Berg on “Monkey Wants Monkey Needs” plus those phenomenal high notes that Molin nails. Funny, this is not even one of my favorite tracks yet it still blows me away.

DYNAZTY added a bonus track called “Sail Away” that is a much heavier track with slashing guitar work that goes off the hook with power chords and solos and will leave you with the impression, “ Is there anything these guys can’t do?” Add this one to your collection, it’s a keeper!
