These boys must have pissed someone off because they’re viscous! Pounding the pavement of past greats like TRIXTER, yet moving ahead to a new era in music, JUSTIN ZANE can sway the mild rocker to tease up his or her hair and let lose.

These Gothenburg, Sweden exports are full power with heavy bass lines by Jamey Cruz that shoot these newbie’s to great heights. A swift tomahawk chop slices the guitar riffs by Johnny Grand and Jezze Jones and it makes JUSTIN ZANE stand head and shoulders above.

Jones’ vocals are comparable to TRIXTER’s Peter Loran and their music has the same vibe as TRIXTER. They’re not metal and not sleaze they fall into that 80’s hard rock category, which I like. The first track “No Surrender” is the heaviest of the three tunes and is fast-paced with great bass lines and the drums adding the thunder. Actually the song has a TRIXTER meets GUNS N ROSES feel.

“The Curse” is a killer melodic rock tune which Jezze Jones shines on. Check the pipes on Jones on this one. Finally, the last track “A Sudden Death” has a catchy chorus with kick-ass background vocals. I see no reason why these boys shouldn’t be signed. They need some good production to bring these few tracks and more to the world. This is a CD that should be added to your collection so be sure to check these boys out.
