Hurry and put the kilts away and get ready for some ass-kicking sleaze from Scotland… yeah Scotland! The place of my heritage and no need to shy away from your pride as PEEP SHOW are kicking up some dirt on the other side of the pond.

Looking at the cover you get thoughts of LIZZY BORDEN and that’s not too far off the mark. These guys are raw, powerful and know how to bring the goods. Ten jaw dropping and pounding tunes to get mom pissed off as you blast it to high levels!

Johnny Gunn is the headmaster of these unruly gutter rock boys and they’re here to stay because this is how it’s done… fast, hard and nasty. The opening tune “The Stand” has an early punk sound with great harmonies. Gunn’s vocals have elements of ALICE COOPER and the surrounding members just elevate the sensation.

One thing that captures your senses is the great lyrics and killer choruses as on “Turn It Up”. These boys are in the class of CRASHDIET and other sleaze icons making a resurgence of this music. Hard-ass power chords mixed with great rhythms is one entity of PEEP SHOW but the underlying power comes from the huge lyrics.

Check out the nasty licks of guitarist Rusty Gill on the title track “Out For Blood”. He sure has the makings of another prodigy. It’s one of the fastest tracks on the disc and the vocals of Gunn are curdling with neck vessels poppin’. “Teenage Nightmare” brings even more class with sounds of BANG TANGO and FASTER PUSSYCAT, but don’t shy away because PEEP SHOW are hungry for world domination and hopefully will stay true to their early stages and not turn their cheek for the mighty buck. I love the raw sound as with MOTLEY CRUE’s “Too Fast for Love” and LIZZY BORDEN’s “Visual Lies” that are class releases and not too polished.

The highlight track on the disc for me is “Take The Fall”. what a KILLER track!!! Vintage sounds of early CRASHDIET; not sure if many of you heard Martin Sweet’s lead vocals but Gunn has that same aura of greatness. This song blows me away… great vocals and kick-ass guitar and just a phenomenal track.

Track after track you get no ballads this is straight forward sleaze at its finest and one great debut from PEEP SHOW. You gotta add this to your collection!
