Pushing Daisies have returned from hibernation! After releasing “Pretending To Be Famous” in 1998, their long awaited sophomore release “How It Makes You Feel” is bursting the seams with twelve-tracks of pure delight. The weekend opens the new release of high voltage pop, which is a great sing-along song. It will make the Club Circuit Jump!
These boys from Winnipeg, Canada know how to rock! When it comes to putting out a quality product, “Punches” is another kick’n song that has the vibe of Bono and U2. It is melodic yet still driving the stake though the heart with bounce.
Roland Cote's vocals are captivating and will definitely hold your attention. The subtle guitar by Curtis Paull makes this song a classic. The best comparison of Pushing Daisies would be the likes of The Dave Mathews Band. Every band has that tear jerking ballad and Pushing Daisies is no exception. “Stare” will shoot to the top of the charts with this 'can’t miss' ballad. I see a bright future for these Canadians as they break into the New Year!
